Get operational before you spend a single credit

Command runs on a credit-based system — you spend credits to create tasks, run automations, and activate advanced features. But before any of that, there’s a set of foundational steps every customer should complete first. These don’t cost credits. They make everything else work.

  • Connect your social accounts so your content stack is live
  • Import your email list from your existing tools or platforms
  • Link integrations like Shopify or your existing CRM
  • Set up your profile and business identity inside Command
  • When you’re ready, purchase credits and run your first task

Your 5 Early Win Modules

Work through each module in order. Modules 01–04 are completely free. Module 05 is optional and requires credits — visit The Credit Store when you’re ready.

01
Foundation
Set Up Your Command Profile
Free
+

Before anything else, your Command account needs to represent your brand. This is the foundation every other module builds on — your business name, logo, timezone, and core preferences.

1
Business Profile
Go to Settings → Business Profile and enter your business name exactly as it appears on your other platforms.
2
Logo Upload
Upload your logo — recommended size is 400×400px PNG with a transparent background for best results.
3
Timezone & Hours
Set your timezone and default working hours — this controls when automations fire and when reports generate.
4
Industry & URL
Add your website URL and industry so Command can personalize recommendations and defaults for your account type.
Your Win: A fully branded Command account ready for client-facing work.
02
Social Media
Connect Your Social Accounts
Free
+

Command manages your social presence across all platforms from one dashboard. Connecting your accounts is a one-time setup that unlocks scheduling, analytics, and AI content tools instantly.

1
Open Connections
Navigate to Social → Connected Accounts and click Add Account to begin.
2
Instagram
Connect Instagram via your Facebook Business Manager — you’ll need admin access to the linked Page to authorize.
3
Other Platforms
Add Facebook Page, LinkedIn, and TikTok — each uses a simple OAuth login. Takes under 2 minutes per platform.
4
Verify Status
Confirm each account shows a green "Connected" badge. If any fail, ensure you’re logged in as the page owner, not just a team member.
5
Set Timezones
Set your default posting timezone per platform — critical if your audience is in a different region than you.
Your Win: All social accounts live and ready to schedule from Command’s unified inbox.
03
Email & CRM
Import Your Email List
Free
+

Your email list is your most valuable asset. Whether it lives in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, a spreadsheet, or Shopify — here’s how to bring it into Command cleanly without losing any data.

1
Option A — CSV Upload
Export your list as a .CSV file. Go to CRM → Contacts → Import and upload. Map columns to Command’s fields (first name, last name, email, tags).
2
Option B — Shopify Sync
Go to Integrations → Shopify, enter your store URL, and authorize. Command syncs your customer list and purchase history automatically.
3
Option C — Platform Sync
Connect Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign via Integrations → Email Platforms. Lists sync automatically and stay updated in real time.
4
Create Segments
Create at least one list segment (e.g., “Active Customers”, “Leads”) so you’re ready to target campaigns immediately after import.
Your Win: Your full audience inside Command, segmented and ready to activate.
04
Integrations
Connect Your Business Tools
Free
+

Command works best when connected to your full stack. These integrations take minutes to set up and immediately expand what Command can automate for your business.

1
Browse Integrations
Go to the Integrations Hub and browse available connections. Start with tools you use daily — payment processors, booking tools, or your existing CRM.
2
Payments
Connect Stripe or Square to enable payment tracking and revenue insights directly inside Command’s dashboard.
3
Booking Tools
If you use Calendly or Acuity, link them so appointment data flows into your CRM automatically — no manual entry required.
4
Zapier / Webhooks
Enable Zapier or Webhooks for tools not natively supported. Command’s webhook endpoint accepts data from virtually any platform.
5
Test Everything
Trigger a test event from each connected platform and confirm the data appears in Command within 30 seconds before moving on.
Your Win: A fully connected business ecosystem — all data flowing into one place.
05
When You’re Ready  ·  Optional
Create Your First Command Task
Requires Credits
+

Modules 01–04 are completely free. This module is the next step whenever you’re ready to go further — it requires credits to run your first task. Purchase credits from The Credit Store, then come back here to complete your setup.

You need credits to run tasks
Credits allow you to tap into the power of our Revenue Operators and Developers to handle any task inside Command for you — from social posts to full campaign drafts. Visit The Credit Store to choose the right package for where you’re starting.
